Informujemy, że na wystąpienie ustne wraz z dyskusją jest przewidziane 15 minut, na wystąpienie typu „flash oral” 5 minut. Przygotowującym prezentacje typu „flash oral” przypominamy, że powinni również przygotować poster – celem tzw. „flash orali” jest zaznaczenie jedynie głównej idei prezentowanych badań oraz zwrócenie uwagi na plakat.
Na tablicach posterowych mieszczą się plakaty pionowe w formacie maksymalnie A0. Tablice będą rozstawione już od pierwszego dnia konferencji na parterze instytutu.

Please note that oral presentations and discussions are scheduled to last 15 minutes, while flash oral presentations are scheduled to last 5 minutes. Those preparing flash oral presentations are reminded that they should also prepare a poster – the purpose of flash orals is to highlight only the main idea of the research presented and to draw attention to the poster.
The poster boards can accommodate vertical posters in A0 format or smaller. The boards will be set up on the ground floor of the institute from the first day of the conference.
